That is the million dollar question! One thing for sure, we will keep going with the flow. Many businesses are not certain about the future, but Lush Nail Lounge is moving forward with caution and preparing to be flexible. Recently, many companies I do business with have notified me of upcoming increases or ending their production and distribution all together! So I am doing a pivot behind the scenes, working diligently to keep all things running seamlessly.
You may notice changes over the next few weeks with appointment reminders, confirmations and deposits. Online booking is being turned off temporarily while I transition into one of the new systems. I apologize for the many notifications some may receive as a result. At your next appointment in January, please be prepared to pay with either cash or your credit card in person, as the card on file system will need updating.
So what else will change? In 2025, all products for home care, with the exception of cuticle oil, will only be sold online through my website. A deluxe pedicure will return to the menu for current clients only, at the intro price of $95 ($115 regular price kicks in after 2/14/2025). Available days and times are limited for this service. Let’s chat if you would like to know more details! Prepaid gift cards for up to 3 months of services are available for current guests also. This locks in your cost, gets you the credit card points you desire, as well as saves some bank fees on my end. And cash is always queen!
