A Salon Mentoring Session is a personalized
one-on-one meeting designed to address the unique challenges faced by salon employees, renters, or small suite owners. Together, we will develop actionable strategies, set clear goals, and establish accountability through a series of sessions for optimal growth and success. For best results, a series of 6 over 3-4 months is suggested.
